Adjustable rate mortages

I’ve been reading up on all these Adjustable Rate Mortgages that are about to reset here in California. It’s fun to watch the denial of politicians. har har har, this is a ticking time bomb just waiting to happen. No, it’s worse than that, it’s a financial weapon of mass destruction that’s about to self destruct.

ha ha, you think California’s bad now? Just wait six months from now!
